Mayor of Portland

Dear Sir

You will confer a favor if you will inform me of the particular place of residence of my mother Mrs. Rebecca J. Jackson from whom since the fire I have been unable to hear, it is not possible for me to come on + therefore if you could furnish any information I will be much obliged to you.
