Abstract

Old Port landlord Joe Soley last month purchased the building at 10 Exchange Street from Ernani Capone and North Bay Associates for at least $1.2 million. Current tenants of the building are concerned about Soley taking over as landlord. Rumors abound about plans for the building, which include a salad bar on the main level and a combination laundromat and bar in the basement.
