Abstract

"Soley Watch" piece on the building at 9 Exchange Street, owned by Joe Soley. None of the building's emergency lights worked on October 9, but after a phone call from Casco Bay Weekly Soley said his electrician would repair the problems. One major problem at the building is the third-floor fire exit, which is blocked by heaps of rotting trash and garbage bags.
