Abstract

Profile of David Vaughn, a 9th-grade biology and HIV and sexuality educator at Waynflete School in Portland. Vaughn, a musician, has produced "Staying Out of the Risk Zone," a 16-song project dealing with HIV prevention, abstinence, teen pregnancy, sexual orientation, peer pressure, condom use and date rape in a variety of music styles. He hopes to have the CD project completed in January.
