Abstract

"Ear to the Pavement" piece reporting that Cheryl Lewis and Noreen Kotts, former chef-owners of Cafe Always, will launch Aurora Catering Company on April 1. Lewis and Kotts sold their share of Cafe Always last fall after running the restaurant for ten years. Aurora Catering will be located in the State Street Church, and sit-down service is being considered.
