Abstract

"News-o-rama" piece reporting that Euclid Ambler Associates, owned by Peter Hoglund Sr., is listed by the city of Portland as owing nearly $17,000 in overdue property taxes dating back to 1992. Hoglund is the husband of former state representative Annette Hoglund. The Hoglunds have had a number of financial and legal problems in recent years, some of which contributed to Annette Hoglund's 1994 electoral defeat.
