Abstract

"Edge" piece on Dan Merrill, 35, of Portland, the singer/songwriter who won the New Folk Award at last year's Kerrville Folk Festival in Texas. Merrill just released his first album, "Revolution," on ZMG/Kenneport Records, a new label created by Merrill, Mike Corbett of Nashville and Barney Martin of Zymurgy Music Group of Portland.
