Abstract

"Congress Street Minutes" piece on the author's encounter with Papa and Betsy Neutrino, owners of "The Floating Neutrinos," a handmade, jerry-rigged vessel that was docked at Holyoke Wharf. The Neutrinos are members of the band The Flying Neutrinos, and their children and other family members continue to perform in the current lineup of the band in New York City.
