Abstract

A group of residents and staff at the YWCA on Free Street in Portland in August complained to city officials about noise from the Free Street Taverna. FST owner Peter Kostopoulos discussed the situation with Nancy Timberlake of the YWCA, but residents say nothing was accomplished. Kostopoulos is concerned that the sitution could affect the renewal of his liquor license on January 6.
