Abstract

Casco Bay Weekly Education Issue, with six students telling how much learning means to them. The students are Nate Libby, 11, of South Portland, a 6th-grader at Mahoney Middle School; Stephanie Bellino, 22, of Scarborough, a nursing student at St. Joseph's College in Standish; Aline Rwirangira, 17, an immigrant from Burundi and a junior at Portland High School; Chad Garrett, 21, and Chelan Baribeau, 19, juniors at Bates College in Lewiston; and Roxsanna Grover, 38, of Portland, who received her General Equivalency Diploma in May.
