Abstract

A new Maine law allows individuals to remove unfinished bottles of wine from a restaurant, but the law gives restaurants control over which patrons take their wine. State representative Mike Saxl said the law is designed primarily to limit drinking and driving. Hugo Gasc, owner of Casa Napoli in Falmouth, is concerned about liability issues.
