Abstract

"Politics and Other Mistakes" piece on the effort to have the Maine Supreme Judicial Court declare the tax cuts given to Bath Iron Works by the city of Bath and the state unconstitutional. The effort is led by Orlando Delogu, a professor at the University of Maine School of Law. With a piece on state representative Henry Joy, R-Island Falls, who might make a bid for the Blaine House.
