Abstract

"News-o-rama" piece reporting that the attorneys general of nine states have reached an agreement with Talk America of Portland requiring the telemarketing company to stop making unsubstantiated claims about products it sells. Talk America agreed to stop advertising the products, pay $150,000 in legal fees and give consumers 90 days to request refunds.
