Abstract

"So Noted" piece on a city proposal to construct apartment buildings on polluted land in the Bayside neighborhood and suggesting that the city swap land with Owen Wells in exchange for title to the land in Bayside where Wells would construct a new sports arena, and that social service providers displaced by the project be allowed to move to the old Nissen bakery on Munjoy Hill, which is also controlled by Wells.
