Abstract

"Talk" piece with Bruce Merson of Portland, a former homeless person who is a graduate of a 12-week culinary arts training program started by the Preble Street Resource Center and run by Stone Soup restaurant in the Portland Public Market. Merson hopes to further his culinary career by enrolling in the culinary arts course at Southern Maine Technical College later this year.
