Abstract

"Ear to the Pavement" piece reporting that Greg Collymore and Elijah Akilo, co-owners of Strictly Culture, a Portland store dedicated to urban fashion, expect to be moving to the Maine Mall in South Portland by early November, although they have not yet signed a lease. Collymore has been negotiating with mall officials since December 19, 1998. On another subject, rumors that Frank Cacciatore, the first-year manager of the Portland Sea Dogs is finished are not true. Cacciatore will be with the Florida Marlin organization next year.
