"City" piece on the 140-unit Munjoy South Apartments in Portland. Those grants came with strict income guidelines for tenants, and now renters who make too much money, more than $26,000 for a single person or $37,000 for a family of four, are being forced to move out. But because of Portland's tight rental market, the deadline to leave Munjoy South has been extended to June 30.
