With special focus on Devin Bean, who dropped out of Greely High School in Cumberland last year at the age of 16, but is now enrolled at Southern Maine Technical College. Also with comments by Christine O'Leary, coordinator of the Preble Street Teen Center and Cindy Garthwaite, youth services coordinator for Outright.
