Abstract

"So Noted" piece noting that there is no statewide uniform residency requirement for college students who wish to vote in the municipality that their college is located in, and urging the Maine Legislature to simplify the state law that establishes residency for voting purposes so students in Maine are not deprived of their right to vote.
