Abstract

"So Noted" piece noting that Cumberland County taxpayers are getting hit with a 11.8 percent tax hike this year even though the county budget has had a $4 million surplus for the past three years in a row. Taxpayers are urged to be alert next year and tell commissioners they don't want to keep paying higher taxes when the extra money is just not needed.
