Abstract

"City" piece on Ted Cohen, a veteran reporter for the Portland Press Herald, who was suspended without pay for one week beginning Feb. 1 for insubordination. Cohen attracted national attention in November when reporters learned that last July, he had uncovered George W. Bush's 1976 drunk-driving arrest in Kennebunkport, only to have the story pulled by his editor, Andrew Russell.
