Abstract

"City" piece on Caitlin Hunter, owner of Appleton Creamery in Appleton, who has been selling goat cheese from a day table at the Portland Public Market on Saturdays since it opened in 1998. Hunter is leaving the public market, claiming its management has ruined her business by twice changing her location in the marketplace without advance notice. Ted Spitzer, director of the market, denies Hunter's claims.
