Abstract

"City" piece on Larry Littlefield, a supervisor in Portland's Public Assembly Facilities Division, who has hired his mother, brother-in-law, sister, wife and employees of Atlantic Professional Services, a security company he owns, as event staff at public facilities. Littlefield's actions appear to violate city policies, but his immediate superiors seem unconcerned about the potential conflict.
