"So Noted" piece taking issue with the Portland Police Department for placing an ad in the Casco Bay Weekly characterized as dishonest and misleading. The ad, which offered "Forbidden Pleasures," was part of a police "sting" operation that cited 26 men for engaging a prostitute.
