Abstract

"City" piece on the School Based Health Care Coalition, a partnership between the state's four remaining major health care insurers and local governments, hospitals and schools. Program manager Lisa Belanger of Portland's Health and Human Services Department said the program will mean more medical services offered to students ages 12-18 and more school-based clinics will be developed. The project is the first of its kind in the nation.
