Abstract

"Art" piece on some of the gargoyles and other statues that grace the facades of Portland's buildings. The four that adorn Sacred Heart Catholic School on Sherman Street are currently covered in plywood, the act of school officials who don't want to offend the non-religious public. The school is being rented by the Portland School Department while King Middle School is being renovated.
