Abstract

Neighbors of Portland's Hadlock Field, home of the Portland Sea Dogs, say their home life is being destroyed by noise generated by the team. Officials from the city and the team have responded that sound levels in the area are not excessive, and there is little that can be done to reduce them. City Manager Bob Ganley has been assured that fireworks displays put on by the team will occur earlier than previously.
