Abstract

Article on the 27-hole Natanis Golf Club in Vassalboro, which is privately owned by the Browne family and is one of the largest golf facilities north of Boston. Located about three hours from Boston and an hour from either Portland or Bangor, the 1,200-acre family operation today also includes condominiums, and is expanding to 36 holes this summer.
