Abstract

"Along the Waterfront" piece with a profile of Haargy Heap of Yarmouth, who has won Arthur Martin's annual Isles of Shoals race four times, rowing one of Martin's Alden ocean rowing shells. Heap created the Casco Bay Rowing center in Yarmouth, making it easier for scullers to launch their boats.
