Abstract

"Along the Waterfront" piece on Mark Murray's Sea Hoss Skiff, a broad, high-sided, flat-bottomed skiff that attracted attention at last spring's Boatbuilder's Show in Portland. Murray, of South Harpswell, offers the sturdy workboat in sizes from twelve to twenty feet. A sixteen-footer costs $3,500.
