Abstract

"I Remember" piece by George Vuilleumier, who served on the U.S. Coast Guard cutter Snohomish in the late 1940s and early 1950s. The Snohomish, a rescue vessel based in Rockland, saved many fishermen and mariners from the ravages of the North Atlantic.
