Abstract

Profile of naturalist-ranger Bryant Wood, a trained biologist who has been a naturalist at Acadia National Park for the past seven years. A native of Texas, he enjoys the plant and animal diversity of the East and loves to expand people's awareness and enjoyment of the natural world. He frequently gives informal talks at the park on birds, stars, and other subjects.
