Abstract

"North by East" piece on how the town of Farmington has repurchased a 1944 Oshkosh snow plow that was sitting in a local farmer's field before it was discovered by Farmington Public Works foreman Jim Kiernan. The oak-trimmed cab was intact and the engine turned over.
