Abstract

"Inside Maine" piece on Joshua's Restaurant in Wells, run by Joshua Mather, 30, with the help of his mother, Barbara, and his father, Mort. He grew up on the family's organic farm five miles from the restaurant and much of his food comes from there. His motto is "Fresh food, simply prepared."
