Abstract

A beach house built on the footprint of a tear-down house in Biddeford Pool is the product of a collaborative effort by the Boston-based owner; St. Louis-based Lawrence Myers of Myers & Yanko, LLC, an architect he had used previously; and Biddeford builder,Paul Brady of Brady Construction, Inc. The house has clean lines, lofty ceilings, good windows, and lots of open space. The owner used local materials and praises the craftsmanship of Maine carpenters.
