Abstract

Profile of Dave Sinclair, 57, of Wayne, the retired chief of the Maine State Police Dive Team who works as a professional diver, often retrieving vehicles that have gone through the ice. Warm winters of late have added to his business. He, his son Matt, 26, and others retrieved the body of Llynne Haskins of Rockland after her car went off County Road and vanished in a quarry--a job the state dive team didn't want to tackle until spring.
