Cornish has transformed from a farming and mill community into a charming destination for visitors, with its scenic setting, antique shops, and events held at the Cornish Fairground. Part of the village's resurgence can be attributed to the Cornish Association of Businesses, an organization that has assisted with improvements and founded the annual Cornish Apple Festival.
