Abstract
When Michael and Kim Pelzar bought their lakeside house on Thompson Lake, it needed a lot of work. The couple hired Fryeburg-based architect John Cole and builder Gregg Seymour to manage the renovations, turning the former suburban ranch house into a red cedar-clad retreat with plenty of room for guests and sweeping views of the lake.
