Coplin Dinner House, located in Coplin Plantation near Stratton, opened its doors in 2013. Owners Tony Rossi and Heidi Donovan use as much locally grown and raised produce and meat as possible to create a quality dining experience in the renovated old farmhouse on the property. [photos]
