Abstract

On a fishing trip with two friends, another Maine Guide and retired biologist, the author expresses his chagrin of everyone forgetting to bring insect repellent and the insect bites they suffered as a result of that. On a serious note, the author talks about the serious diseases vectored by these insects today.
