Abstract
The University of Maine Press's newly published atlas, “The Historical Atlas of Maine” is presented. Selected maps, such as “Abandoned Farms as a Percentage of Total Farms by County, 1890” that was the result of the industrialization of Maine at the turn of the last century, are featured.
