Abstract

Author Ron Currie tries to reconcile the differences between his cousin and himself, in spite of having grown up together in central Maine. While the two are ideologically opposites, Currie believes because they like and respect one another, they would be able to reach bipartisan agreement if need be. He posits that perhaps liberals and conservations overlap more than is believed; they are just too busy shouting at each other to be able to acknowledge it. [images]
