Abstract

The A-1 Diner in Gardiner, owned by Michael Giberson, 41, and Neil Anderson, 31, is currently doing double the business it was under the previous owner. Although much of the cuisine is nouvelle and unpronounceable to the typical diner afficianado, patrons looking for a plate of meat loaf and mashed potatoes are just as welcome as those in search spanakopita or Vietnamese bouillabaisse.
