Profile of Management Research Group in Portland. It was formed in 1983 as the outgrowth of an applied psychology consulting firm that saw the need for a leadership meaasurement instrument. Their tests are customized to the needs of senior managers, in companies ranging in size from Barber Foods to Motorola. It has 65 North American and 28 international affiliates.
