Abstract

"From the editor." "Business Maine." Resolution to the current workers' compensation showdown at the State House doesn't look like it's coming anytime soon, although the Legislature has scheduled a special session for that purpose. At issue is Sen. Marge Kilkelly's response to the state Supreme Court decision requiring that workers' comp take into account all injuries, not just those sustained on the job.
