"e-ME." Rep. Al Goodwin sponsored LD 2041, which blocks junk e-mail by requiring all unsolicited commercial e-mail to be labeled "ADV" or "ADV-ADULT" and forcing spammers to provide a legitimate e-mail address for removal requests. 22 other states do the same.
