Abstract

The bankruptcy of BroadcastAmerica has brought business complaints to light, including the theft of Bob Sunderland's shares, probably by a subordinate of John Brier, and insider trading. Brier said Sunderland approached him to invest after he launched BroadcastAmerica. Sunderland is being investigated by Massachusetts for selling stock to under-qualified investors. At least two of the five named victims have refused to cooperate against Sunderland. Details.
