Abstract

The Conservation Law Foundation (CLF) announced its intent to sue the Freeport Sewer Council and New Jersey-based Engelhard Corporation, which operates a fish scale processing plant in Eastport, for repeated violations of clean water standards. CLF specifically targeted its latest report and lawsuits to make an impact in Augusta.
