Abstract

Representatives of 49 Maine businesses attended the University of Southern Maine School of Business forum on "Managing the Conflicts of Change." School of Business Dean John Burt says he wants USM to be a "broker, or catalyst for change" in the local business community. The new 30-credit MBA program and the 150-business Corporate Partners program are examples of his "just do it" philosophy. Part One of 3-part series.
