"Focus on the Augusta-Waterville Region" piece with a profile of Kevin Mattson, 35, whose Winthrop-based company, Harper's Development, closed on the $4.5 million purchase of the former Sanmina-SCI Corporation plant in Augusta. On the same day, it was announced that the city had been tapped to host the 300-employee TelAc pharmaceutical call center, to be housed in the Sanmina-SCI building, now called Central Maine Commerce Center.
